Judge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our 2018 <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/mariecurieactions\/news\/2018\/european-researchers-night-2018-2019_en\">European Researchers&#8217; Night<\/a> looked into the ways law has been historically gendered. In her public talk \u201cMan&#8217;s Law &#8211; Are Laws Truly Neutral?\u201d constitutional judge Kate\u0159ina \u0160im\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e1 discussed the impact of law on the lives of women and men, gender equality and discrimination of women in the Czech legal system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this lecture we wanted to commemorate the establishment of Czechoslovakia in
